 Blue Bottle's Celebration Extravaganza for Author Bettye Johnson

What a sweet and splendid evening it was!

These pictures tell a little bit of the story. 

The limousine was from Kathy Haugen, owner/president of RediCab in Yelm. Our kind neighbors Giorda E's and Gordon's Garden Center let our overflow crowd park in their lots and use their chairs. That's Mary Abrahmson playing the harp, and Mayra Pena singing a gorgeous aria from Puccini's opera La Boheme. Cara Clark had the whole audience singing to Bettye, You Are the Sunshine of My Life. Hors d'oevres from the Bottle's kitchen and red wine made a great combo.
